For book a flat?

I am going to book a Three bad room flat in Piyush group at sector 89 Faridabad (Harayana).

Can anybody helps me what excetly i have to check before book a flat, What should the things i keep in mind.

The top priority is to check that the taps (faucets), toilet and drains are ok.

After that, what the landlord considers to be fair wear and tear. Also make sure that you are allowed to do things like put nails in the walls (for hanging pictures etc.) some landlords don't like that. Are there any rules about pets? Do all the windows close properly? things like that.

Lastly, remember to go all around the flat, with the landlord, and check for any damages from the previous tenant and write them down so that you cannot be held responsible for them.

The first thing is the flat main door should preferebly open toNorth. second preference east, 3rd preference west. soth facing houses are not good, The house number individual or total added to gether should be your lucky number. Avoid 8 as it is saturn number. The kitchen or cooking place should be in the south east. There should be no toilet in the north East. North east corner should be prefereably open. There should be no pillar right in the middle of the house. The house should have good ventilation and light. Kitchen should be bright in daytime without artificial lights. all cubboards should face North.
