go to control panel click internet options ... clear history...

Open Internet Explorer
Click on Tools
Click on Internet Options
Click the Clear History button to get rid of everything currently in the list
If you want to turn off the listing, click on the Advanced tab
Scroll down to the bottom of the "Browsing" section and uncheck where it says "Use inline Autocomplete"

Since you are probably viewing this in Internet Explorer (assuming that is your browser) click Tools at the top then Internet Options. Click CLear History in the window that opens.

Try going to history and deleting where you have been.

Clear out your cookies.

go to the history in internet explorer then erase the site name .

Use cclenaer for simply erasing your internet tracks. It removes all the tracks
