I have a problem with a school social worker. She came to my home 2 weeks ago because she said my 13 and 11 year olds teachers complained about their coming to school with their shirt untucked, sometimes their hair doesn't LOOK like they(my daughter 11 yr old) brushed it. I would not let her in my house because she was nosy, rude, and obnoxious. Now, Monday, Sept.11, she called the DFAC's office(Department of Family and Children Services) and reported to them that my kids come to school dirty, smelling, they don't do their homework, she said that we don't have any food, washing powder, soap, shampoo, etc. She also said our house was falling down, holes in the walls, filthy...this besides the fact that she has never BEEN in my house, and we have a brand new 2006 mobile home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms when we moved here 3 months ago....I let the Dfac's worker in, and she said my house was beautiful, and she acted irritated because she could not figure out was she was even called! Help!

THAT B%#CH NEEDS TO BE REPORTED to the Board of Education, that is inexcusable!

My boys had a teacher like this once. She called Children's Services and told them that my kids had no shoes. Two pairs each, they had, and new ones that were too big yet put away for them! She talked so much trash it was unbelievable.

Turned out, she had a problem with their color. They are biracial.

You have got to get to the bottom of why she has singled your kids out. What about them is the target?

If I were you, I would write a letter to the school about this matter including the fact that a DFAC worker was visiting your house upon request of the social worker. Let them know that the accusation made from the social worker was wrong and that you like to receive a apology from the responsible person. If this is not enough for you, you could set up a meeting with the people involved from the school, you and a friend or two knows you and are on your side. Clarify the situation with the school and see what the outcome is. Ask the social worker why she did what she did and let her explain. You might also want to ask here where she takes her definition about how children are to be dressed. If you can not achieve a normal conversation with her, speak with her boss. I hope I could help.

What a *****. Complain to everyone. Call the newspaper on her. Talk to a reporter or email them and tell them what you said here. Tell them how she is irresponsible and does the community a disservice. Call the school principal and demand that she apologize to you and that you will sue them all for defamation of character.

In fact you should get a lawyer and do that. That is slander and against the law for her to say and do stuff like that.

If you see her again stand up to her and tell her you will nail her *** to the wall if she dares to come near your children or house again and tell her you have contacted a lawyer and won't stop until you get her sorry *** fired.

I would not cut her a break. She is obviously a liar and cares NOTHING about the well-being of children if she is out to ruin you as easily as you are saying, without just reason.

If, however, there are legitimate reasons for her complaints, you must bite the bullet and just do better and ensure your kids understand the importance of why they need to comb their hair and not wear yesterday's clothing to school etc. Everyone is busy and kids will slip through unkempt at times...but a social worker's job should be to help people like you, not destroy them.

Biotches like this ruin everything for good people who are truly trying to help and make a difference. The only way to deflate them is to let them know you are not scared of them and if she sees you are on a personal vendetta to nail her butt you can do her in. She doesnt deserve that position because obviously, she has lost perspective.

I whole heartily apologize on behalf of social workers everywhere. I am not one myself but I do know a few and know a few friends working towards becoming one. Not all of them are like that. Most, I would gander, are in their positions because they genuinuly care about the job they do. As far as getting her off your back, switching schools might work or less drastically talk to the principal and have them possibly even talk to the DFAC's social worker.

i would report the matter to the principal, then the school board, then continue up the path until you get the results you desire...i would not stop until i knew she was at the very least repremanded and re-trained in protocal and procedure. try to get a copy of the report the social worker made after coming to your home as proof of her incompetence

if the problem continues i would seek help otherwise leave it alone. next time the teacher is suspicious about another child she might be right, and if she has been repromanded for a mistake she made out of genuine concern. she might not be willing to stick her neck out again and some child may suffer for it. just take solice in knowing there are caring teachers out there. be the bigger person.

he's no longer great and you should no longer be acquaintances with him besides so the subsequent time he does any of those issues, get up and tell him in front of the class to "provide up with the sexual harassment" then circulate to a distinctive seat. or basically tell him to maintain his hands or ft to himself and which you do in comparison to while he touches you like that and if it maintains, you will document a criticism with the college and the cops
