I have an 11 month old baby girl and she has been eating 3 solid meals a day for several months now. I do not feed her what my husband and I eat because most of what we eat is not appropriate for her age but I do make a lot of her food. I make sure she gets plenty of water and her formula and she gets a couple of snacks during the day as well. Here is a great guide that I have printed and keep in the kitchen.

I hope this helps!

11 Month Old Baby Food Schedule

You should check with the Pediatrician. If the doctor said he could eat reg. food now, then try other stuff until you get the right foods he does like. I don't know what kind of condition he is in, and the health of the baby. But, at 11 months, I think they can eat reg. food too. Like you could cook spaghetti, and put a little cheese in it. Macaroni and cheese, he might like reg. food better, but the lighter food easy to swallow. You would have to kind of mash it. Also, potatoes, but just smash them up real good, and plenty of milk, but you could season it with a Little butter, and see how he likes it. He just might prefer more seasoned food. My baby boy weighed almost 10 lbs when he was born, and in those days, they just said to take him home and feed him cereal. He ate everything, and loved everything. He was a big baby and could handle it, so it would also depend on the size and health of the baby. Good luck. I think he is hungry for different food. Are you Italian?

feed him 3-5 nutricious meals a day. two of the meals can be smaller and might include a cut up apple, 1/2 cup yogart, a piece of lightly buttered bread, and a cup of milk or juice.

His tummy is still small, but he should start eating like the rest of us. Feed him what you eat, in smaller quantities.

Good luck and God Bless

feed him 3 meals a day and 2 snacks, and lots to drink.

At 11months you can give your son table food, just mash up the veggies and cut up the meat very small. I assume he has teeth by now? He can eat what you eat, you just have to make it bite size for him
