The Grafenberg or G spot is a greatly overrated place inside a woman's vagina that can cause intense sensations when stimulated. It is a nickle-sized spot found about an inch or two inside the vagina at the 12:00 position toward the navel. Upon stimulation, this tissue becomes more smooth and firm than surrounding tissue.

It's soft tissue, that feels a little bubbly at the beginning on the top of your vagina. If stimulated you can orgasm trough it. Although it may work for every woman different.
