why is that every time some thing significantly important has to happen in asia or the indo pak sub continent or the rest of the world like 9/11, pakistan always has a military ruler??????

To impose the Islamic law in a country we need strickt rulers.
General Parvez is doing soo. Muslims as by nature a hard human being, if a proper muslim not by name, they can be controlled by the army not by simple police.
