Don't want to hang around in cafés or watching movies. I am new here and am still interested in sightseeing and taking pictures...

Try doing things indoors, but still sightseeing. You can tour inside the Opera House, or go shopping on the Rocks or see the views from that building (can't remember what it's called). It's tall and looks like it's a UFO if you get me. There's binoculars up there to see the views. Try and do things like that.

If its raining you can catch Ferry's accost Sydney Harbour and down to Parramatta, Bus trips Blue mountains for site seeing. There is plenty in Sydney, Rocks, Bridge walk is a High light. Good Luck

No, I prefer not to deal with the weather in Sydney. If the weather is inclement when I wake up I simply review which city has better weather and take that out with me. Far less hassle, and it means I haven't had to buy an umbrella in years.

If it is raining put on a raincoat and go sightseeing. You can shelter the camera inside of the coat. If you have a hood then you can work it out. It doesn't hurt to get alittle rain on you.

what are you doin in sydney for! should of chosen to come to melbourne! cafe's shopping, clubs, pubs and sporting events!
