Like the show, the humour, the features the incidental music all the little bells & whistles that embellish it.

Don't like the music selection/repetitive choices, Wrighty singing, Wrighty not announcing the songs/artists/titles, Wrighty's annoying mid-atlantic twang and Americanisms.

Preferred the old Radio 1 show by far but the current show on Radio 2 has it's moments, though considerably 'watered down'.

Great show! I don't think he's arrogant, he's quick to have a joke with himself.

When I last visited the Radio 2 studio to do a part in a broadcast, (not his show, Dermots) Steve had pinned up emails on the walls about his tongue in cheek grammaticall errors ("skellington" for "skeleton" etc..)

His characterisations in the 80's were fun, but he's grown up with his contemporary audience.

And "Ask Elvis" has got to be one of the funniest things I've heard on radio!!

I used to know a radio sound engineer who had worked with Steve Wright and reckoned he was a pain in the proverbial - arrogant in the extreme.

Personally, I think his talents peaked somewhere around 1984. 22 years is a long time to be going downhill.

I totally love Steve Wright's show and he's been my favourite radio DJ for years and years. It amazes me how he's so consistantly sunny and upbeat. He never fails to cheer me up. Long live Steve Wright!

I think he's great, but I prefered his Radio 1 show. I used to love Sid the Manager and Mr Mad.

Ah memories....!
