They make plastic tubing to do just that . It is about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter of ribbed plastic. It has a slot in it over the entire lenght. It usually come in 10 to 25 foot rolls. You just cut off pieces to lenght as you need them. Your wires don't go away, but you see the tube instead of dozens of wires. I use this stuff for my pc's and recording studio and it works very nicely.

If they all start at the same point and go together to the next point there are different plastic cable channels (square, rectangular etc.).
Then there are the rubberized type all sizes too.
Some have adhesive backs and if you can run everything together the flexible type allow you to exit the cable "bundle" at any point while leaving the rest to continue along to the next breakout point and so on to the end.
I have two full sized PC's and all kinds of wires in a 2' by 4' space.
I haven't started on it yet, but I will use plastic cable ties (Ty-wraps) to make a neat [more or less] cable bundle. This helps in the distribution, heat dissipation and easy access for changes and/or additions without starting out all over again each time- Hope this helps - we wired cable harnesses in helicopters this way.

We bought plastic sleeves with double sided tape; you place the sleeve (which is actually split down one side) over your wires, cut to fit the length and attach by taping down. Ours run close to the walls and can be tucked under the rug. Walmart, Target etc
carry them. They're very inexpensive also.

i had the same problem......i got creative and hid my wires in a kid's metal lunch box (old one) had to cut a hole in it, but it looks cute.
its been like this for a couple of years and i'm wanting to change it.....i am thinking about building a robot out of plexi-glass and stuffing all the wires in there & making him light up blue.
I have a LOT of wires....a desk top, a lap top, an amp, a sub, well, a whole bunch of stuff.

Not being able to see your setup, I couldnt tell you, but there are wire management systems and these coil things that look like slinky that you can wrap around multiple cables to make them look neat. Try googling this stuff.
