why do people disagree with mixed race relationships?

i have a close friend who is white and been with her black boyfriend almost 3years they have just had a baby together and people look at her with disgust

Unfortunatly, even in the 21st century, people can't get the idea that mixed race relationships are "wrong" out of their heads. I'm not one of these people. I think people should be with whoever they want, regardless.
