yep body language, gestures speak for more than the actual words. For example i will say to you i love you!! what do you expect? Maybe fluttering eyelashes close body contact yep.
BUT what if i was a fair distance away from you and i punched you arm while saying it? See what i mean

l'd have to say YES because when you're saying things whether they are good or bad it's so important that they come out right otherwise they might not make the intended effect. Saying things in the right way usually saves one a lot of trouble.

I am of African origin and know that in many languages different intonations, slight pauses or even face/hand gestures while speaking can completely change what a person is saying. Language is a lot more than just words it's interaction often involving more than one sense.

Yes I would say so because if you just say stuff sometimes without thinking about it you can hurt allot of people that did not ask for it and if you think what you say and say it in a nice way no one would get hurt.

I would say OF COURSE in 99% of life. Tact will get you VERY far in life. There are those people that refuse to accept certain things no matter how you say it but I would say most reasonable people speaking of reasonable things care more about how you say something than what you say.

Well, it's as important as what you're saying. Tone of voice and your body language can add alot (or take away alot) to what you are saying.
