every time I try and check my email, I get a page error, page not found, can you fix my email account?

You haven't said who your email is with - but if you mean Yahoo, then it isn't your email account that is the problem.
Yahoo's email server seems to be having an intermittent problem lately - doing the same thing to me as well.

Sometimes your mail server might be down. Try to do a traceroute or ping to the mail server from the comand prompt, so that you can find at least whether the system is up or not.
Actually if it is not related to your internet connection then you can't do anything from your side.
But there are some ISP's who restrict certains kind of SMTP servers.

U can try deleting the temporary files and the cookies by clicking on Tools- Internet Options in Interner Explorer. See it it works

its not your mail account it's the server connection or your own internet connection but do not give anyone your details to "fix" your account,

check your security level and make sure that your firewall and cookie are not blocked
