My outlook express has been sending a message for ages, how do i get it stop ? please some one help me ahhhhhh

I scanned items in to send as an email, and the outlook express is still sending the mail, i have hit stop and it seems to work, but when i go back to it it is still sending, I am going to throw the computer please someone help me!

Stop the program - press ctrl+alt+del. Then, depending from you operating system, task manager, and , finally, choose Outlook and press end task button!

delete your account from your outlookexpress.
shutdown your computer.

update your outlook express.

Create a new one instead.
