Neither, both are commercial tampons so made from synthetics, as well as treated with chemicals and bleach - not only are they expensive, but environmentally harmful, support an unhealthy attitude about menstruation, and they are very bad for vaginal health.
Tampax are worst morally speaking, they are owned by Proctor and Gamble who are not only known for various immoral practices, but tampon-specific they were the company primarily behind the TSS outbreak in the 1980's and dioxin scandal in the 1990's – i.e. using harmful manufacturing that lead to deaths, knowing the risks and ignoring them anyway to the point where FDA had to take them to court to stop them harming people with their products.
If you do use tampons over safer options like pads or menstrual cups, then go for organic tampons like Natracare, sponge tampons like Jade & Pearl or homemade tampons, trust me they are far better than Tampax, Kotex or Playtex tampons.

It's all very much a personal preference when it comes to sanitary wear.
When I was in the states I found the OB ones to be very good.
It's probably best to try a few brands and make up your own mind, a lot of the websites offer free samples, so you can try them without the expense of buying them.

Okay, I take Ballet so I definitely need something to help me move comfortably and Playtex Sport Tampons are amazing! They are easier to put it than any other tampon i've tried, and you don't feel them at all! They are also easy to take out. Tampax actually hurt me a lot! For pads, definitely Always with wings! I think playtex. But OB is good too. The others are uncomfortable and don't expand like they should....my personal opinion of course!

Best Tampons has to be Playtex -easy to use applicator easily glides in and there's no pain.
OB tampons are the worst - the moment its tip touches you it starts absorbing any moisture & it hurts!!
