absolutely yes....and that has what caused th eindian team the loosss of soo many players....its more coz of the indian media than the players...coz the media created so much of a hype that the player starts flying and the masses expect heroics every time....i still remember when mohanti came in the era..he was soon named as a waqar younis in making and we all saw what happened 2 mohanti..and then not long back... i remember zaheer khan recieved the same kind of hype...zaheer isa no doubt a better bowler...but he was 2 over rated...and we heard that india have now found a wasim akram...and v soon saw his carer wass poiled because of the media hype...n the story continues when it came 2 irfan pathan..he was phenomenol in the start of his career ...and we heard that now india has a great all rounder and a bowler of immense talent just like wasim akram....but suddnly we saw one day that he couldnt even manage a spot in the team...and then came MS dhoni...no doubt a greta potential player..ut he is an entertainer..hes not a class act...hes a demolisher..hes very good..but ofcorse not th best batsman in the world...n then we saw his demise in west indies in the recent times...ofcorse u cant expect him 2 maintain his average of 50 runs for long...it wil drop to 35-37 which would b good nough.........and i am afriad v r no=w seeing anothr player...sreesanth n munaf patel....theyll face the same...media has already created enough of hype regarding these 2.....instead india must recall balaji...who is better than all the current indiian bowlers...and for unknown reasons has alwways been underrated

Though Dhoni has done well till now, he has to be consistent in his play to become a match winner. We have a habit of showering lavish praises on a player if he performs well and at the same time start critisising him if he fails. It is too early to judge Dhoni as a potential match winner. People should encourage him to develop himself as a match winner insted of taking him sky high so soon.

and so are most of the other's, with the exception of Rahul Dravid, who for some reason seems to be sidelined by the media eventhough he's proved that he's the most talented and stable player the Indian team has ever had.

His hair is more popular than his cricketing ability. The media is killing him. I think he should be left alone so that he can concentrate on his batting skill. Too much advertising will affect his skill on the long run, like it did to Sania Mirza.
