Great question. YES! it can bring about much needed change. Living with underlying, constant dissatisfaction is very stressful. it is like a white noise in your life,,,,just keeps humming away in the backgroud, til you turn it off.

Depends on the level, a small amount of dissatisfaction can spur you on to change, too much dissatisfaction can be crippling

Yes, if you're never exposed to the bad things in life, you'll never learn to appreciate the good things, and they'll be taken for granted. Then life would be like one straight line instead of a more interesting arc or circle.

Hmm...depends how you wanna see it. I guess there´s a good side and a bad side to it. The good side to it would be that it would probably be like a motivator for you and you´d keep tryin to do better next time, yanno? But the bad side to it is of course that you´ll never be happy with what you´ve got...you´ll always feel like somethings missing.
