every time i go in a stall the seat is wet with pee or has pads on theam

That drives me crazy. It's like they never think about the person who has to come behind them. Also, mothers have to take their little boys in to the ladies restroom if they don't have an older male with them. I think sometimes you're just coming in behind a child who hasn't learned to aim.

ladies visiting public toilets dont always sit down on the loo, we have to position ourselves very carefully. try it and find out for yourself. as for the pads, this is just gross just walk out and use another cubicle.

That only happens in public places where we refuse to sit on those nasty seats...you won't find that in their homes!
