I am going to tell you what know other women will. When a girl says she needs space what that really means is she has met someone or is interested in someone and wants to see if anything is going to happen before she leaves you. It doesn't mean she has cheated but she's thinking about it. And if I doesn't happen with this other person. She still have you. She is up to something. Here's the bad news. If you push this issue you will lose her all together. She is at the point where she has decided to leave you if her other options work out so if you keep crowding her she will leave anyway. So here's what to do. Don't care. Have a great time with out her. She be pissed. "why don't you ever do anything with me" Tell you because her fat *** needs all that space. Just kidding. Submissive woman is just like it sounds, a woman who is obedient and non confrontational. This is woman who will not challenge the authority men. This is a woman who now knows her place and that place is to be subordinate to men. As I type this answer I just want to puke. I can't stand a cultural that subjugates it's women as a means of boosting the complex and ever fragile male ego. This is what is wrong in many relationships today. Though I would agree that in a relationship men and women have roles by design the no role is better or more important than the other. I think men and women should concentrate on being friends as well as mates. This would force people to think about how they are treating each other. A person would not subjugate and oppress there friend. A person would not treat their friend like property. A friend is someone you have mutual respect for.

usually it means that shes lost interest and isnt really that keen on you anymore but either doesnt want to hurt your feelings by telling you straight out - or she needs a bit more time to determine that she HAS lost interest.
Best way round this is to give her the space - leave her alone and dont contact her - if she wants you she can contact you - if not just move on

or she wants you to stop asking her too many questions
or maybe she doesnt want you to be in her face all the time
or maybe she wants some time away from you to clear her head !
or (most probably) its just PMT ! so be nice to her, give her some chocolate and for gods sake let her watch what she wants on telly till her moods better

it means she needs time 2 herself 2 sort some things out and she doesnt need a man around 24/7 2 bug her and make things worse.

It means that she probably needs to think about lots of things, not juct your relationship. If she is having a hardtime in other areas of her life, she needs time to re-evaluate and sort out whats happening. It may also mean that you may be overcrowding her and scaring her a little. Women aren't too keen on intense relationships either!

she maybe having doubts and needs some time to think about the relationship. for me it does not mean you're dumped. unless she's too chicken to be honest. ohhh its so irritating when people play mind games. makes life more difficult. dont let her leave you hanging around waiting for her, go confront her. she could be taking advantage and wasting your time.

it sounds like she wants it to be over without hurting you, by saying she needs space it makes her look like the bad guy, and in theory should make yo feel better about the break up because you can blame it on her, and not on yourself.

She is trying to say I need time to think about things. Are you over crowding her, wanting to see her to much? When a woman wants space they are thinking things through.
