The short answer is no. A laser beam over a short distance is considered to be perfectly straight because any deflection is too small to matter. A laser beam traveling through the vast distances of the universe will travel in directions other than a perfectly straight line for any one of several reasons.

Seriously, how can a beam of light sag on Earth? Maybe in higher gravity environments... unless you mean something completely different, in which case you should elaborate more in your question.

Only if you leave it out in the rain. The moisture is absorbed into the beam and it has trouble supporting it's weight ;)
