It depends on the situation. You are nude when wearing body paint, because you have no clothing on your bare body. And although it's hard to tell from a distance, when you get close to someone they can definitely tell that you're naked. So, legally, there's the risk of an indecent exposure problem.
However, there are times when you can get away with it without any problems. Two years ago on spring break a number of us were in Florida and came across a body painting tent. We got completely naked and had bikinis or thongs painted on our bodies, and just walked around like that for hours. It was absolutely awesome, and since it was spring break and many people were doing it the cops didn't bother anyone.
The paint washes right off, so be careful if you do it and it starts to rain...you end up a runny, drippy mess!

I think you could tell, even if they had paint on, that they were nude. What about the breasts, and the private part, if you do not cover it up, it will show, even if painted. I would not try that because I think you will be arrested. People who do that, or girls, only pose for a picture, and jump back into a car. They would not walk around like that believe me. They also sometimes have a festival and maybe they could get by with it, if it were considered art, etc., but I still doubt it, if the public came and kids, etc. That is dangerous too, as you have to leave some opening in the paint for the skin to breathe, I have heard before, when they sprayed "Gold finger" James Bond movie. The girl was sprayed with gold paint, but they had to leave a opening in the paint somewhere. Don't think she kept it on for a very long time either.

Body paint is not considered what Florida legislation calls "an opaque covering". In other words, it is less likely to be accepted as clothing than a semi-transparent top! Most laws define nudity as the absence of clothing. I have done searches and found people who were charged with indecent exposure, who were wearing body paint.

yes they r coz even if they r in paint u could tell it,and it's very disgusting to see somone ,may b the person thinks herself to be super smart but still others might get embarrased and it's a sign of animalism .we r now in 21st century and not some ancient people.if u want to show your body there r other ways but nudity is surely not the way and bad people may get attracted to u.
good luck.

If someone were driving a car and you could hardly tell they were drunk, would this be in violation of the drunk driving laws?
It's still a violation of the law, even though you didn't get caught.

i supposed it won't be nude specially if its painted really good. people might think of it as just stretchy body suit but then again for those people who can tell the difference that can be obviously nude.

It would depend on the laws of the state or county that the woman was in, but I don't personally think that she would be considered nude.
