I am not sure what you mean: women can masturbate as many times as a man. In order for a woman to reach orgasim, the clitoris must be stimulated. This works pretty much the same way a penis get erect. There is increased blood flow to this area. The only way a woman can achieve orgasm is by the clitoris. Men are more sensitive at the head of the penis and right underneath where the frenulum is. I hope this makes sense.
