I have some of the old american dollars and I'm wondering if i can use them now?

Most certainly they are useable, but depending upon their age THEY COULD BE WORTH MORE ! Do not go out spending them till you ask around, check ebay, check the dates and see if selling them would be better way to go.

I am a coin / currency collector and would be interetsed in hearing what you find out ! : )

How old? If they were made before 1930 and in good condition, a collector might pay more than $1 for each of them.
