Yes in the very near future. It is all well and good playing well but if the results do not match performances the fans get edgy and before long start calling for the managers head. I think he has done a good job at Leeds bearing in mind what he inherited. I hope he is given more time but this is a commodity not afforded to managers in this current climate.

He has done a good job stabilising the club, but he lacks the tactical nous to take the team forward. I don't think Bates will have much Patience and he will go.
Bring in Alan Curbishley is what I say!

you have for sure been analyzing the garbage interior the papers. i individually can no longer see Blackie being sacked because of the fact the board comprehend that he's doing the perfect achieveable activity with the components available. Any new supervisor might elect money to usher in gamers interior the subsequent pass window and it is in simple terms no longer there. As for O'Leary, if he comes lower back it is going to likely be the worst day in Leeds modern-day history.

I have a feeling that Ken Bates will lose patience with him and give him his marching orders very soon, especially after that display last night v the mackems. He performed a miracle last season getting us to the play off final but the transfer dealings this summer were abysmal, not one of them inspired any confidence in me.

He's got to be close. If we lose tonight it could be the end. We aren't playing that badly but the crowd are starting to turn
