It's a good idea. I think spelling is very important and not something that should be ignored. However it seems a lot of people on here aren't using it - and should be. It doesn't take any longer to type something correctly, or take a few seconds to correct some typos.

Yes, it picks up typos, but it has some strange habits. What's the problem with the? This time it hasn't objected. The problem with spell checkers is that they are not perfect. I just typed in Keswick, a town in Cumbria UK and the spell checker suggested Jessica. Now where the hell did that come from? Like I said, spell checkers are not perfect.

Can't ask for the sky and at the same time we can blame it on anything, and why, don't you use the MS word, and on line dictionary when you feel like improvising, and in this place what is important is getting the right or almost right but useful answers serving to the purpose of questioner, excepting this section and like sections which are few, thank fully for diversion. What’d you say?

Yeah, sometimes it tries to divide words that shouldn't be divided. Otherwise, its pretty good when you really aren't sure of the spelling of a word, or just want to make sure there weren't any typos.

Well, actually "every one" is two words and yes, they are spelt correctly, but used incorrectly in the grammatical sense.
What we need now is a grammar checker....
