Kids Love Ink. May I suggest a tatoo of Big Ben? Or, a castle??

This is an impossible question to answer unless a person has been to all the tattoo shops in London. You need to rephrase your question and ask, 'Could anyone recommend a very good tattoo parlour?'
There's one on Streatham High Road, opposite Streatham train station, one on Portland Road, near Norwood Junction Station and another in Croydon (I think it's near Argos). I know people who have used them and they are very pleased with the results.
Sorry, but I don't have any contact numbers. Perhaps you should try to locate a few in your borough.

dunno if its the best as have not been to them all - Tusk Tattoo is brilliant, such nice people, nice place and some amazing drawings and pics there.
