I do 60 with breast stroke and I'm 24 (in October) and 5 foot 6 (weigh 68kg). How many can you do, what age are you and what is your height and weight? Also, am I doing enough if I want to put more muscle on my upper body and work on my stamina?

I can do 60 lengths of breast stroke, nearly 50 and I'm 5ft 8in, not saying what I weigh cause its too much, I swim to help strengthen my back after a bad accident several years ago, I have always been really good at swimming and used to swim for my county before my accident.
