I'd have to say Paul McCartney in '89. I was seeing an living legend doing what he does best.

Wow, don't laugh but it would be a toss up between Tool and Garth Brooks. (I know different ends of the spectrum) Tool had amazing visual and sound, and I'll never forget Maynard dancing around in a bra and panties. Garth has this wonderful stage show and enough energy to power Vegas.

by far; Metallica.. the 2nd time I seen them.
They played in Toronto at the Air Canada Centre with Godsmack opening for them.. it was awesome!! Lots of fireballs and smoke and lots of music...
