Don't they know it so shameful we can not help each other but to bring contemps to one another? How many of you do face this at work everyday? How do you all daelt with this humiliation. Ain't it nice to be an asian?

Colonial mentality is embedded in their minds and entrenched by daily intoxication of western superiority by media propagandas. Lack of self respect, low esteem, ignorance, and worst of all
"self interest" ( carry balls ). These are common traits of office politics. Apart from Chinese, other races perpetuate these humiliation too.

As long as there are people around, we can't prevent this sort of things. Some of us think that they are better than the rest so they try all means to make sure that the bosses don't have a good impression of you.
I believe that they don't even know the word "shame" coz it happened everywhere and everyday. I do know that this is quite common but I just ignored them and carried on with my work.
Personally I feel that if I follow their footstep, I will just be another backstabber. So I just do my work that's all
