There are, I believe, two women's voices used on the London Underground announcements.

One is Emma Clarke. She does the voices for the Bakerloo, Central and Victoria lines.

She is a professional voiceover artist and you can find her website here:

I have no idea who the other voices are done by.

Always that weird lady, but individual stations might have recordings of the "station masters" voice for an anouncement that applies to that specific station.

probably as it is such a horrible line anyway and the trains are always packed up to golders green and then hardly anyone on board!
