Yeah,Bobby Lashley has great in ring skills,but now a days to be a great champion unfortunately you need to have some mic skills as well,and he lacks that.

Very impressive physically, and learning the moves...but it's very true (and I've stated this in other answers many times) that he's very lacking in personality...or at least character...he does give off a certain amount of charisma, but until he learns how to use it (and the writers give him a suitable character) I don't see him in the upper echelon just yet. He reminds me a bit of Lesnar, and remember the way they used him at first? Just a monster physical specimen...took quite a while before he started to show any mic skills at all...but once he did, he really got the push...if they get Lashley right, I see the WWE belt around his waist in a year or two...

I think he needs to work on the charisma part.

Most the big guys dont have a lot of charisma.They are just muscle and nothing else. He is good but i agree with you.

I agree... he's got the physique, he's got potential, but he has no charisma.

lashly is strong.. physically but he doesnt have charisma,he is boring, especially when he speaks..
