Because sooner or later they'd have him cross shows again and eventually fight Edge which is something I'm sure he doesn't want to do.
Let the man take his time and get over those inpending injuries which seem to always follow him then hopefully Jeff will find his way to his big brother then they can do the brother tag team thing again - it's pretty much inevitable.
Honestly, he and Jeff are better off watching each other's backs and the tag team positions are lacking these days.

Because most the other crusierweights are in tag teams and jimmy wang yang just aint cuttin it. Same old thing as before when he had the MFers. He goes after that title and blah blah blah. They ran out of storylines.
