I've grown up with a lot of insecurities about my outer self. I know I'm a good person inside, but when I look in the mirror I feel as if who I am inside doesn't show through. But I've been getting better and better about the whole self image thing, every time I look in the mirror I think of one new thing I like most about my appearence that day. Unbelieveably, it actually works! I've found that even if somebody thinks you're beautiful before you realize it, they think you're even more beautiful the more you realize it. It shows through when you believe it, and you can really tell when other people do too. :)

I feel hurt, anger, pain, abused, taken advantage of, i don't deserved this, mental anguish and dead weight. My eyes sees empty soul. Looks of my inner beauty yes i can see it but why doesn't anyone look deep enough to find it. Accepting or loving my self i can't do, i do and say everything for my family and yet to this day never got a thank or your doing a great job.

I need a better looking mirror !!!

Seriously though, I'm pretty happy with what I see.
I know I'm not perfect, but I'm the best that I can be,
and that is good enough for me !!!

when i'm down i try to look myself up in the mirror, then imagine i was someone else (who's important to me) was looking at me. Then i do not want them to see me so miserable, so i cheer up. I'm happy with what i see, my standard... Maybe i should swim more often...glossy magazine standard

sometimes, i feel down and disgust about myself for all the mistakes i've done, for i did not push myself up to the challenge but most of the time, i will be ok and cheer up because there always be tomorrow to fix things up.

completely dependent on the mood I'm in. Even one's own vision is subjective and fluid I suppose.
