In comparison to Las Vegas, the dealers werent very friendly, they were'nt very accomodating as far as opening more tables for the card games and their was cigarette smoke everywhere.

I don't really care for them, more on a personal note than their actual operations. It's hard for me to put so much money on the table when there is so much poverty around. I do gamble at home, but when I'm in the Philippines, I would rather use the money to help.

The atmosphere is certainly not like Las Vegas, Atlantic City or even Reno, NV for that point. More like North Lake Tahoe was 20 years ago, very dark, smelly and not friendly.

Las Vegas is a richer place(in a sense America is a more developed country) meanwhile Philippines isn't so that is the main cause for under-rated casinos

I am sorry but this really can't be answered because A. it's open ended.
and B. it doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Try refraising the questions.
