Williams

They are both #3 caliber on their depth charts.

Reggie Williams is slightly better in that he's part of an equal division between Matt Jones and Ernest Wilford. JAX doesn't use their tight end as much. I think Leftwich has higher upside than Brunell.

In Washington, it's Santana Moss, Chris Cooley (TE) and table scraps for everybody else.

Lloyd is actually the better WR but I would start Williams this week and the coming weeks unless Lloyd shows you something.
