People from Michigan, please read?

Hi...I was just wondering about the college incentive they are offering in MI...is it anyone who lives in Ann Arbor can go to college for free, or what? Sorry, I'm in Korea right now so I don't really know what's going on in my home state...I appreciate all information, links, etc...

You are probably thinking of the Kalamazoo Promise. If you attend Kalamazoo schools K-12 and graduate, 100% of your tuition will be paid. If you've attended just some years, tuition will be partially covered.
