A great album to work out with is "Ten" by Pearl Jam. Every song rocks. While running it will pump you up and make your work out seem shorter.

songs from wwe.. heavy bass and really rocks songs from disturbed,pantera,korn,breaking benjamin,papa roach,mudvayne,trapt.. i'm also the kind of lazy bum that hates working out but i do feel motivated when i hear all these songs.. it's better than listening to trance or r&b.. try it..
