It sounds like your husband has anger issues. A domestic violence shelter can help you. You may be able to get medical help. They have access to medical care, food and housing.

Your pregnancy test is positive so you are pregnant. Also during pregnancy there is no menses and if it were it is not necessary to suggest an abortion or miscarriage, although it is a likely possibility. The best thing to do is to book yourself for a visit to the obstetrician and have an ultrasound done of the pelvis. It has been more than 12 weeks and you could be having a miscarriage there would be bleeding like menses. Ultrasound would show the state of your unborn baby and it may be alive then you need bed rest and lots of Folic acid and vitamins preferably in a primary care unit for women and keep up hope.
The baby may be there ultrasound will tell. Then go for expert opinion, no matter how poor you are.

I am not sure I understand here, are you saying that you are bleeding ?? If you get to the ER right now.. you may be having a miscarriage or maybe already had one, and something else is going on.. you can always pay the bill off $20 a month.. as long as you are paying something there is nothing they can do to you.. so get yourself to the ER now !!

I would take another pregnancy test to see if the pregnancy is still on-going after the blow to the stomach. I would also check to see what health care is available to you by calling the county health commissionair. A phone number should be in the local phone book for someone who can help.
