if you are fed up with looking and having a negative answer to every job you apply for, try going through your local temp agencies...they are always looking for people to fill the needs of their contracts, and may offer more than one job available in the area, and there is also no need for repeat applications....just one will do it and if you do not like the first job they give you, you can always go back and ask for something else......

First use the Internet to look for jobs. If the job you want to apply for has a FAX use that instead of the electronic stuff. More people see a fax. Use resumes.
Try to qualify the company on the phone when they call for the interview, like give me a ball park on what the job pays, duration, location. Why waste every ones time if you know it isn't going any where
Consider all interviews as "practice" and rate your interview skills after wards.
Remember you have skills that have interested them that is why they are calling you for the interview. Try and have some interest in the company ask questions, remember you are what they are looking for but are they what you are looking for?
If they are, a "I'm ready to start tomorrow" and "load me up with work attitude" usually cinches it.
You have to relax and be your self. This helps to sell that you are confident with your skills.
If you can get to talking about something else besides the job I have found that seems to make a difference.

I'm an employment counselor, and I run into a LOT of people who feel like you do. I usually help them out with mock interviews, but I also tell them to remember the 4 C's, Calm, Cool, Collected, and Confidence. You need to present your best side to the interviewer and have CONFIDENCE in yourself. Brag on yourself a little, and let them know that you are the BEST person for the job, and that they will not be sorry if they hire you. Most people don't get the job because they don't ask for it, or they don't have confidence in themselves and it shows. Maybe practice in a mirror, or have a friend help you out, or go to your local One Stop and have a career counselor do the mock interview with you. Most important though, remember to breathe, get a good nights sleep, and have faith in yourself. The 4 C's really do work. Calm, Cool, Collected, and Confidence!!!

you apparently checklist 4 massive-authorities varieties of presidents. some worse than others, yet fascinated with authorities ideas to our u . s . a .'s subject concerns. Ronald Reagan believed in human beings, no longer authorities. He inherited an financial equipment worse than what Obama inherited. (the two Obama and Reagan have been surpassed undesirable economies from a democrat controlled congress, yet this is yet another situation.) 3 and a million/2 years into Reagan's first term, our financial growth replaced into an dazzling 7+%! 3 million, 2 hundred thousand jobs have been extra in a single MONTH. study that to Fidel Obama at 3-a million/2 years in - a million% growth and a measly eighty,000 jobs for the month. a genuine shame! the factor isn't however if or no longer they are businessmen or no longer, yet however if or no longer they suspect in the ability of the guy, no longer authorities. In different words, the greater conservative, the greater suitable they are for the country (in case you opt for for to have a activity and additionally you opt for for the country to strengthen economically).

start focussing your career to starting your own business. If the above does not appeal to you then you do what the rest of us did master the art of becoming a good interviewer. Dedicate time and energy to getting to know what job do i want, what is required for me to get this job. What benefit and salary package do I want then do all that is required to get it. Once you get it you will not need to go to another interview and you can work with that one particular company until you retire
