Men don't have wombs/ovaries and other necessary things to carry a child to term. And they can't have them surgically inserted either at least not with medical technology today.
Now there have been some cases of Female-to-male sex changes, where not all of the female organs (the womb/ovaries) were removed thus allowing the once-female-now-male to become pregnant and carry a child, but a male is still required to produce the sperm.
Thanks to artificial insemination a man does not actually have to be present at the time of conception, but one is still needed to produce sperm.
But it would be nice if they could get pregnant...I'd be happy if every man could just suffer through one period just once...

To get pregnant, the human ovum has to be fertilised by the human sperm. God created humans such that, the man produces sperm while the woman produces the ovum. Hence, the fertilised ovum (which is the earliest form of a child) is carried by the woman till it is "ready to be born"

men can get pregnant, but some men have 2 have an operation to have a womb inserted, how it all works is kinda dodgy.

women have eggs men have sperms
the sperm has to fertilise the egg plus men do not have womb to carry the foetus.check any pregancy websites for further details.

for one thing men dont have ovaries or plasenta to support a child in his stomach. for another thing is men cant stand pain.
