no hunnie.. i dont know how old you are.. but no there's no way.. the most they can do is take you the gyno and have them check to see if u're hymen is still intact.. and even that is not accurate, b/c exercising and over stretching.. or even using a tampon can break that.. so its not a big deal.. but there is no way possible.. unless u have a STD.. then obviously u would have had to have sexual contact

It depends. You assume there was no "leak" but if there was contact before the condom was applied there could have been sperm in the pre-ejaculate that could get into urine. There are certain enzymes and proteins that could be detected. There is no urine test that shows whether or not you are sexually active, ecept for postive VD results or the wild chance you have a serm allergy.

However, I have to wonder why you are so worried about hiding sexual activity. If it is appropriate for you, you would not need to lie about it. I'd really urge you to be honest about sexual activity or consider that if you can't won up to it, you might not be ready for it.

if there has been no leak and you dont have your periods and if your doc has certified that you look normal and in the absence of infection, if your urine test shows blood particles and extensive dead cells (under microscope) technically this can only be the result of intercourse. You could always say you had used your fingers.
For guys if the urine test shows blood particles it is difficult to say that this is from sex since the urinary tract is longer.
If there are blood stains or more blood to determine the group then this could identify the person from whom it came - to avoid this you would have to have sex with a person of the same group.

No. But a doctor can tell if you have had recently by a physical examination.
