Is it just me.....or does anyone else thinks that Cedric Benson is going to be a Bust in the National Football league?
I feel that Thomas Jones has finally Developed as a feature back, and is not letting go of the starting postion. The Chicago Bears can't coninue to pay Cedric Benson that kind of Money to sit on the Bench. Unless some type of Trade happens with Thomas Jones, the Bears can't afford to keep both these players around especailly with Jones seeking more Money.
Cedric is totally lost on the field, I've only seen him make one good run, and he can't catch out of the back field...he can't block...so It doesn't look like he's going to do well in the Nfl. Is it too early for me to call out a Rotten apple from that draft class already?...or what?
As far as Thomas Jones, I expect him to cash in on a deal next season with another team...maybe the Jets or somebody.

I think that it is still too early to call him a draft bust, remember that most of the last season he was injured a he needs more play time to finally show some development. Lets see what happens with him during the season.

I do!! I am not a big football fan but I am a Bears fan and if I remember right Cedric is now the 3rd player the bears picked and hel out for money and flopped whether they cant perform or injury wise. It kills me when they act this way and want all this money before proving themselves. I still think it was wrong to not let Orton finish the season last year. They may not have won the Superbowl but the team was more in sink then when Rex cameback. I think it will be a great season if there are no injuries.

Cedric will be a bust. He's too much of a weenie to be a Bear ayways. He's always hurt. It's too bad that the Bears can't see that they have a good thing with Thomas Jones. They should trade Cedric for a WR or a pick. His holdout really made me mad.

You cant really call someone a bust if they havent gotten the opportunity to prove himself. He did show some promise last year before he went out with a season-ending surgery. And again this season losin his job because of injury.

if hes going to be a bust, it will be because of the Bears. You don't gain experience by sitting and watching on the side.

the bears should just replace their offense with their defense, because their defense seems to be more productive when it comes to doing anything at all lol. who else thinks that the bears should do that? lol

all i have to say is that the broncos always don't waste their 1st round picks on rbs... should have gotten a stud defensive player and make the defense sicker! or a QB???
