Like i am chatting on yahoo messanger and i may be able to chat other yahoo contact at the same time.

Depends on what you mean. If you mean can you have two seperat conversations with two different people at the same time then yes, you can hold as many conversations as you like just double click on their name in your list.
If you mean can you hold a conversation with two people at the same time in the same window then yes you can. Its called a conference. Right click on a name in your list and I believe conference is one of the options.
If you mean can you run messenger twice then no. Best way to log two names in is to use a third party program such as Trillian, Gaim or a chat client such as YahELite or Y!Mlite.

you may try opening conference feature in yahoo messenger to be able to chat with multiple people simultaneously.
if you want to login using multiple yahoo ids at once then you may try GAIM (open source messenger) compatible with yahoo protocol.

yes u can....u dont even need other yahoo account to talk to two or three or four people..u just need to type at least....60 words per minute or the other person will get tired of u so u may lose the one that u really like to talk to....
