If you are wanting this for increased physical endurance, then it may work, although a lot is not known about it because it has only been researched in Slav language. I use a herbal supplement with no adverse effects, which suports the body's natural physiology prior to and during a workout. It aids the body's natural energy production during physical exertion and helps with natural recovery process by preventing the lactic acid build-up your body produces after strenuous activity. The fact that it is non-steroidal and contains no banned substances, it is being used by professional athletes.

Actually, I have grown three full flowering plants of rhoidiola rosea. It is a beautiful succulent, growing from center outward with rounded leaves, it creates wonderful aroma when it blooms with hundreds of little light purple flowers. The bee's just love it!

vitasearch.com or wikpedia.com can fill you in on the properties of this product. Swansonvitamins.com lists it as a stress reliever.
It is on sale right now on their website.
