"The best place" is subjective at best. Do you want the store with the biggest selection in stock? Maybe the store with the best price? Do you want the closest store to your location? Do you need to have it installed? I'm sure you get the picture.

Best advice is to decide what flooring you want and shop around for the best deal. Check local newspaper ads and your business phone listings for "flooring dealers" for store names and location.
