Will you ever reach a point where "enough is enough"?

Things are not well in the world! and no-one really seems to be doing anything about it(im guilty). So my question is if things get progressivly worse are you still just gonna sit there?? When is enough enough?

I do what I can within the laws of the land. I try to get informed about people running for office not by what they promise on tv ads and certainly not by what their foe's say about them but by looking up their voting records for one thing and voting responsibly. And writing letters to my congressmen/women and signing worth while petitions. But if it comes to a civil war here (god forbid) I'm ready for that too. I will never be afraid to protect me and my family no matter who and what name the attacker goes by.

What can we do as citizens? The power and strength seems to sit with the governments, however, they don't seem to make any particular positive progress regarding any situation.
What will it take for citizens' to make a stand?. This is a very good question.

When all the people I care for are no longer around and there's nothing more I can offer to those in need (like I can't even move myself anymore and just being a burden to others)
