Firstly read through the tongue twister and memorize it. (that's the easy part) (do not read it once you memorize it)
Secondly, you must say it out loud 3 times really quickly, and see if you can do it without making any bloopers!

Easy. I've always been good with them though I find the "Betty Botter" one a bit iffy.
