Well, i do say ... Water is much better than these milks for taking bath, But if u wish ... So i think Cow's Milk is better. Cuz, i know some gurls, who used to take bath by it. And , it gives softness and pinkness to their skin. Even, The body become bit slipy. But, it has some side effects too... For this, have to use anti bacterias, which ccan available on stores to refresh the Milk.

By the, way ... aren't you much fair in Color? So you want to take bath by Milk...?

Cow's milk is used generally, but here at our end it's believed that the goat's milk is better for curing dry cough, specially for infants, kids. Why to use any milk for bathing ? Learnt something new. Mind to tell me more on that on my IM or 360 ? Let's debate & friendship began between us.

Goat's milk has more fatty compounds in it than Cow Milk, when you are speaking of raw milk. The fatty compounds make the skin softer.
