speak to her and tell her that it really hurts and it's not that you don't understand that she is using you, the only reason you don't say anything is becuase u don't want to hurt her and she should respect the same.

If u consider her as ur friend then be honest to her.Dont hide things from her.May be she is innocent, so first get it clarified.
