shower gel and bath gel are basically the same thing. but usually if something says bath on it, it doesn't work up as big of a lather then something that says shower. all the foams are the same. body wash works up the best lather.

Shower gel is specially formulated to use in the shower under running water. Body wash can be used in the shower or in the bath.

Nothing really. They're all just forms of soap to make it easier and cleaner to take a shower or bath.
