most of the times the only way you can do this is to buy a digital odometer with lower km and swap it over ,well that's they way we do it here in Australia.

i dont know about rolling it back.... but you can stop it by soldering a wire with a switch so you can turn it off/on to the back of the odometer to the remote and red wire......

Contact an Auto electrician, he will probably tell you that it can't be done ,by the way it is illegal!
Not everyone in Australia is dishonest, I'm not, thanks for the tip
